Drug rehabs in Orange County are seeing a record high number of overdose deaths due to opioids. Opioid abuse is sweeping the nation killing more than 70 people a day. Narcan can be used to spray into the nose or jabbed into the arm or leg muscles to kick-start the lungs of someone who has overdosed and stopped breathing.
