Drugs are running rampant in High Schools in Huntington Beach, CA. Marijuana isn’t the only drug that’s a problem anymore. Kids now have access to cocaine, heroin, shrooms, ecstasy and lots of prescription drugs.
A lot of people blame the Huntington Beach Union High School District Governing Board because they cut all 7 campuses public safety officers back in 2009. Cutting all 7 public safety officers left no one to stifle the distribution of drugs and now there is a epidemic. Overdoses have hit record highs every year since 2009.
